Aromatherapy for the feet
Aromatherapy is a relatively new word for a very ancient form of treatment, using essential oils which have been extracted from aromatic plants for the promotion and maintenance of physical and emotional health and wellbeing. When used in conjunction with reflexology, the power of touch and massage combines with the therapeutic and fragrant properties of essential oils, encouraging the immune system to work more effectively whilst also promoting relaxation and reducing stress.
After completing the 'Aromatherapy For The Feet' course with Marie Wayte at the Rosewood Aromatherapy College, we have the option to use and blend a variety of essential oils to help with a number of conditions, which can also provide an added bonus at the end of any reflexology session.
“I invite you to drink in the divine nectar of aromatic love and let it penetrate you in the deepest, most profound ways. Trust that the oils are working side-by-side to heal, regenerate, and teach you. The more you use them, the more they’ll reveal their secrets to you” [Elana Millman]
