At Suaimhneas Reflexology and Reiki you have the option of traditional foot reflexology, facial acupressure, auricular reflexology, hand reflexology or reiki.
To ensure you gain the most beneficial outcome, each session will be tailored to meet your individual needs and may include a combination of each approach, as well as incorporating techniques from the different strands available.

Home visits are available on an assessed needs basis and may include milage and/or time costs. Please contact me for further details

​I use an online booking system that will send you confirmation of your booking as well as reminder texts or emails. The only information held on this system is your name, mobile and email address.​​
